Oh my goodness, this little one made me laugh with her smile and her strawberry blonde hair. And, her name. Oh, how I love her name. My policy is not to use kids’ first names on my blog so if I could share it, I would. But I can’t. But if I did, you would love her name, too. It’s perfect for this sweet girl. She loved to be with her beautiful mama and smiley daddy. She loved it less when we tried to get one of her solo on a little pathway (see below for exhibit A). But all in all, in the chilly weather and with a runny nose, we enjoyed the brisk morning air and sunshine. Thanks, Colleen and Mike, for sharing your perfectly-named girl with me. Outside of my own two girls’ names, she wins my favorite name of the year award (this isn’t really a thing, I just made it up).

 

This guy. No, not the super tall one. The little one. Check him out. I honestly spent the whole session smiling and then proceeded to smile the *entire* time I was working on their images. He has this amazingly expressive smile that just didn’t stop. I bet you’ll smile looking at him, too. I’ve been so fortunate to get to know this trio over the past 9 months (from maternity to now) and watching this nugget grow has been so sweet. Sarah and Mike, your little man rocks. I love his cheeks, I love his smile, and I love photographing him! Thanks for making my cheeks hurt.

Oh, it was an unexpectedly chilly morning for this little guy! Baby L warmed up here and there with a snuggly blanket and hugs from his mom and dad. He seemed to take in his surroundings, checking out everything around him. And his biggest smiles came when his mama wiggled his little legs. Robin and Tim, congratulations on your little boy; he’s adorable! Thanks so much for a fun morning.
